Workshops and One-on-One Sessions

Letters of Self-Appreciation: One-day workshop to draft a letter to oneself from a template and word bank I authored. The final product is done as an art project in the workshop or with take-home supplies.

Mental Health & Emotional Wellness: Series of sessions that are built on holistic and meditative practices with science-based heart- and brainwave entrainment exercises. I educate participants about illness-creating foods and electrical interactions. I teach various techniques to enhance health.

What is Trauma?: A course for understanding what trauma is and how it develops in the mental body and nervous systems. Each session opens with body awareness, moves to lecture/coursework, and closes on a technique to interrupt and de-regulate trauma responses.

Disaster Preparedness: Workshop uses group activities to expand awareness of participants’ current skill level in responding to crises and to induce thinking about skills to acquire, questions and answers, and simulation drills. Take-home materials and resources for further education are supplied.

[All offerings were developed and are led by Celina Lawrence. They are adaptable for group and one-on-one formats and are taught to youths and adults. Due to their subject matter and interactive format, in person is the only option at this time for the workshops.]

Celina Lawrence works tirelessly to provide quality books that illustrate real issues that nearly everyone can relate to, but that many do not know how to overcome. Her work provides inspiration that improvement is possible no matter how daunting it first appears. Break through the first barrier right now.
